What You Need to Know

  • Meditation is all about you. It’s a time to dig deep, to let go of the physical, and completely relax.
  • We never turn on video.
  • The periods of Silence last for two minutes unless otherwise specified.
  • We don’t talk to each other. You cannot unmute yourself.
  • Comfort is essential to enjoy meditation. Sit, Recline, or Lie Down.
  • Don't worry about your appearance; there’s nothing to see here!
  • All meditations begin at 7:30 PM.
  • Meditations last for 30 to 55 minutes.
  • Deep Sleep Meditations are designed to help you fall into a deep sleep. Lie down for these meditations and take advantage of the relaxation effect that meditation brings.
