Join us as we learn “Chair Tai Chi” basics with Nancy Duplant.

Nanci DuPlant who has taught Chair Tai Chi classes since 2011.

Chair Tai Chi is a health and wellness program that is soothing, healing and calming. It blends easy and gentle rhythmic breathing techniques to help increase the immune system. Chair Tai Chi uses energy movement through low impact exercises, which helps reduce aches and pains caused from bursitis, osteoporosis,etc. It also helps reduce stress and anxiety. And it’s FUN!

We will have a visit from Myrtle Fillmore with her wisdom and our sacred prayer circles.

Bring a dish for four to share for our potluck lunch brunch.

We welcome all ladies for fun and friendship!
