I savor those sweet days
That are filled with joy and light-hearted times
And there doesn’t seem to be a certain formula
Nor any reason nor any rhyme
It just feels so much different
Than simple elation or just a good mood
I am almost certain that what creates it
Is an optimistic attitude
However it’s well worth the wait
When she finally shows her face
Something that money can’t buy
No matter the time or place
Just fill up my heart and my soul
With as much as it can take
For one can never get too much
Because it is something that one cannot fake
So I shall patiently wait for her magic
And be ready to take it all in
And breathe in every minute of that spell
On that you can most certainly depend
It’s just so damn sweet
And I know that my aura glows
All the more reason to dwell on every moment
And take it in real slow
A bucket full of rainbows
And a basket full of good cheer
Just some of the joyful reminders
Of why Spirit brought us here!
