One Little Poem

I know you are out there

For you respond from time-to-time

That select group of human beings

Who have similar thoughts to mine 

Occasionally my poetic work

Impacts a special place in you

Especially those perceptive folks

Who have a similar point of view 

Do I dare to imagine

That everyone thinks just like me

To even ever imagine such a theory

Is quite impossible to believe  

However I still possess optimistic hope

That many of you are touched

And hopefully it is at just the right moment

When you need my words so much 

My goal is to search for those souls

Who have been impacted much like me

And to offer my words of personal wisdom

So that they can be who they came here to be 

It is one of my fervent prayers

That if your soul has been touched

You will then share it with others

Who you care for so very much 

Whose life can you change today

When you suspected this desperate need

Some one whose heart was breaking

And would be changed by your precious deed 

 One little poem

Sent straight from my heart

At least I feel I have done my daily deed

And hopefully did my loving part
